So, the requirements, goals and the overall architecture of NGN management systems are discussed in this paper. The functional classification of Operation Support Systems (OSS) used in NGN management is also presented. Because of the need of utility networks (such as telephony, data, water, electricity and gas) in the country to OSS, the amount of required capital investment for deployment of Network Management System (NMS) and Customer Care and Billing System (CCBS), as main parts of OSS, are calculated for the next four years in this paper. To reach these estimates, the total number of subscribers in mentioned networks is forecasted for this period and information about per customer capita is also extracted. Two frameworks of, distributed and centralized, are considered. This assessment shows an approximate investment of M606$ and M432$ is needed for NMS and CCBS in distributed scenario, respectively. The same requirement in centralized scenario is M433$ and M322$ for NMS and CCBS, respectively. So, an approximate investment of M1040$ and M750$ is needed for OSS in distributed and centralized scenarios, respectively. با طرح مفهوم شبکه‌های نسل آتی (NGN)، موضوع مدیریت این شبکه‌ها نیز اهمیت خاصی پیدا کرده است. بر این اساس، در این مقاله ضمن بیان نیازمندی‌ها و اهداف در مدیریت NGN، ساختار کلی مدیریت در NGN و نیز دسته‌بندي كاركردي نرم‌افزارهاي سیستم‌های پشتیبان عملیات (OSS) براي مديريت NGN ارائه شده است. همچنین با توجه به لزوم تجهیز شبکه‌های خدمات عمومی (مشتمل بر ارتباطات، آب، برق و گاز) در کشور به سیستم‌های پشتیبان عملیات، هزینه سرمایه‌گذاری لازم برای این سیستم‌ها، به تفکیک سیستم‌های مدیریت شبکه (NMS) و امور مشتریان و صدور صورت‌حساب (CCBS)، نیز در قالب دو سناریوی "توزیع‌گرایی" و "تمرکزگرایی" در کشور تا پایان سال 1390 برآورد شده است. بدین منظور تخمینی از تعداد مشترکین این شبکه‌ها در سال‌های آتی ارائه و با توجه به استخراج اطلاعات مربوط به هزینه سرانه مشترکین، امکان ارائه برآورد در دو سناریوی مذکور فراهم آمده است. در این راستا، شاهد سرمایه‌گذاری قريب به 1040 میلیون دلاري برای OSS در سناریوی "توزیع‌گرایی" و بالغ بر 750 میلیون دلاري در سناریوی "تمرکزگرایی" خواهیم بود. تفکیک این سرمایه‌گذاری تا پایان سال 1390 به NMS و CCBS نیز در سناریوی "توزیع‌گرایی" به‌ترتیب به‌میزان 606 ميليون دلار و 432 میلیون دلار و در سناریوی "تمرکزگرایی" به‌ترتیب به‌میزان 433 ميليون دلار و 322 میلیون دلار برآورد می‌شود. http://ijece.org/fa/Article/Download/27942
